Do the shirts run true to size?

Shirts are a unisex fit, so they run a little big. They're 100% cotton, but also preshrunk so they hold their size and shape!

How are the shirts made?

All of the designs are made by me! (Hi, I'm Jenna!) Our shirts are either screen-printed transfers or digitally printed transfers cured with a heat press. 

How long will it take for my domestic order to arrive?

Domestic orders usually take 5-10 business days after ordering to be delivered. While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, each item is handmade and made to order so delays can occasionally happen. Please refrain from emailing us about your missing package for at least 2 weeks after you place your order. 

How long will it take for my international order to arrive? 

Depending on what country you are ordering from, international orders can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to arrive. We also like to warn that you will be responsible for any customs charges & VAT upon arrival. If you need your international order quicker than the expected delivery times, please email us before placing your order so we can instruct you on how to order with express shipping. 

How do I return or exchange my shirt? 

To protect our small business from receiving damaged product and paying extra shipping costs, we do not allow returns or exchanges. We encourage you to email us with all of your questions so you can make an informed purchase!

How do I need to care for my shirt?

To be extra cautious and maintain a vibrant print, we recommend washing your shirt inside out and with like colors. Turn shirt inside out to iron. 

Why was my order returned to sender?

Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses will be returned to us. Please triple check your shipping address before placing your order. If your order is returned to us, you will be refunded for your items, minus shipping costs.
