Shipping policy

While we do our best to have every order in the mail 3-5 business days after receiving the order, every item is handmade and made to order, which could result in slight delays. Please refrain from emailing us about your missing order until a full two weeks after you've placed the order. We appreciate your patience.

Please carefully review your shipping address. Any orders returned to us due to an incomplete address will be refunded, less the cost of shipping.
