Custom Hand-Painted Watercolor House Portrait

Watercolor house portraits are a lovely way to honor your family home! These are perfect as a housewarming, newlywed, or milestone gift.  Choose your preferred size and attach any helpful pictures of the home.

Please include a well-lit photo of the EXACT ANGLE you wish to be painted and a .5 photo if it's difficult to get the full house in the photo. Please include the home address and family name if you'd like those details included under the portrait.

• Hand-drawn and painted on high-quality 140lb cold-pressed watercolor paper 
• Available in multiple sizes 
• Shipped in resealable cellophane envelope with cardboard backing inside a rigid photo mailer (mat and frame not included!) 
  
• My current turnaround time is about 2-3 weeks from the date the reference photos are approved to delivery, depending on work load 
• Colors and details of the house will be as close to the reference photos as possible but if there are specific details you feel passionately about please include that in your order notes (flags, benches, flowers, etc.)
• A sketch will be sent for approval 1-5 days after receiving photos, if I don't hear back from you, I will continue the painting and send it on schedule
  
• If you'd like a digital file and outline of your home, please select the digital file add-on
• If you'd like prints of your portrait, please select the prints add-on
• If you'd like me to include a pet in the portrait (cat in window, dog in yard, etc.) please select the pets add-on
• Please note that if the house in subject is very large with a lot of detail I may contact you to adjust fee or expected turnaround time
